ACMI 6050 Black Epoxy Ink

ACMI 6050 Black Ink is a two component semi-paste air or heat cure epoxy.  6050 Ink has superior adhesion to epoxy, glass, metal or other nonporous surfaces. When properly cured, 6050 has excellent resistance to abrasion, MEK, alcohol, TCE, flux removers, salt, acid and alkali solutions.  American Coding & Marking Ink 6050 Black Epoxy Ink is designed for rubber stamping or offset printing.  This ink meets CID-A-A-56032D Types I, II & III (Formerly: MIL-I-43553b) for Epoxy based marking inks.

ACMI 6050 Black Epoxy Ink is a room temperature cure ink that dries to handle in 6-8 hrs. and requires 4-7 days to develop solvent resistance.  Bake to force cure.

POT LIFE: Once mixed, pot life is 4-5 hrs.  Higher room temperature will shorten pot life.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE: Use within 1 year is recommended. Store in refrigerator.

THINNER: ACMI #6050 Thinner. Use a minimal amount to achieve the desired consistency.
Use only ACMI thinner, as others will adversely affect this ink.

CLEANER: ACMI #6000 Cleaner

ONCE CURED, THEY’RE THERE FOR GOOD!
